Welcome to Club BNF. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform. By using Club BNF, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription and Payment

  • Club BNF operates on a subscription model.
  • Clubs will be required to set up payment details once the payment gateway is available.
  • The annual subscription fee is $300 + GST.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

3. Use of Platform

  • Club BNF provides a digital voting solution for clubs.
  • Administrators are responsible for managing votes and ensuring accuracy.
  • Users must not misuse the platform or engage in unauthorized access.

4. Vote Management and Presentation

  • Votes are collected via a QR code or dynamic link.
  • Administrators have the ability to review and edit votes before finalization.
  • End-of-season presentations will be generated based on the selected timeframe, and only the top 5 leaderboard will be displayed.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Clubs may cancel their subscription at any time; however, refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.
  • If a club opts out, they will receive an exported Excel file of their votes.

6. Data Ownership and Security

  • Club BNF ensures that user data remains secure and confidential.
  • Clubs retain ownership of their vote data and may request deletion at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Club BNF is not responsible for errors in data entry or manipulation by administrators.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability.

8. Amendments

  • These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of Club BNF constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
